Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated working student to actively contribute to the advancement of our cutting-edge Battery Management Systems (BMS).

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Field Quality Engineers, leveraging your individual strengths and newly acquired skills to conduct thorough investigations into customer and internal failures related to our ME products.

This opportunity provides a dynamic and stimulating environment where you can immerse yourself in the exciting realms of Quality Management, electric vehicle batteries, and electronics development.

As an integral part of our innovative team, you will not only assist in investigations but also have the chance to significantly expand your expertise.

This role offers a unique platform to deepen your understanding of the intricate interplay between quality control and the development of state-of-the-art technologies for electric vehicles.

Your future tasks at a glance:

Documentation and running lab inspections of failed parts returned by customers
Support of Field Quality team in their investigation and internal projects
Support in the setting of Quality Assurance guidelines
Support in Quality related internal reporting
Execution and analysis of lab measurements and tests for failed parts

What you bring with you:

Bachelor or master student in Electrical engineering, Electronics, physics or similar engineering field
Knowledgeable in Soldering and reworking PCBs and Electrical components
Comfortable tackling challenges associated with electronic components and system failures
Ability to identify patterns or trends in the data that may contribute to understanding the root causes of failures
Eager to learn and venture into Quality management and assurance
Confident handling and pleasure in working with office tools like Microsoft Excel
Highly motivated, willing to take responsibility and ownership of a project
Creativity, curiosity and enthusiasm for innovative electronics solutions for electric vehicles
Preference for working in teams and strong communication skills (English mandatory; German favourable)
