Your tasks:

For our Global Accounting Team we are looking for an intern (*) limited for six months.

In this role you will be responsible for following tasks:

Support on the internal and external billing process within a dedicated customer program
Prepare and organise invoice preapproval review meetings internally and with the customer
Help prepare and review recurring operational invoices
Assist Budget and forecast preparations
Maintain documentation on budget vs. actual consumption
Actively support with maintain database for customer and KPI reportings
Consolidate financial data for dashboards (Ops, RFQ, Financial KPIs)
Support Regional Finance Analyst on adhoc tasks
Support the finance team in overseeing the internal and external financial processes in line with customer agreements and internal policies.

Requirements:

Your profile:

Bachelor and/or master's in business administration, finance, accounting or comparable Financial/Controlling experience
Preferably previous work experience in Finance, business administraion or sales controlling
Solution and result oriented
Customer focus
Pay attention to details
MS Office skills (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
Team Work and communication skills
Ability to work with different cultures
Ability of selfreliant, conceptual and accurate working
Good social skills and intercultural competence (e. g. through studies, internships abroad)
Welldeveloped communication skills
