Working Student within People Development and Culture Evolution (d/f/m):

Definition working student:

Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies.

This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises.

A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

In this role you will support the people development team (ONE DEVELOP) to create powerful communication for our HR community and further stakeholders.

You will be responsible for
- the creation of innovative newsletters and communication flashes linked to people attraction and retention
- interacting and communicating with employees being part of different initiatives, working in international and diverse teams from day one
- co-designing, maintaining and co-moderating online intranet communities and GSites
- overall culture evolution project management activities

Desired skills and qualifications:

Enrolled fulltime student (d/f/m) in the area of Business Administration, Human Sciences, Media, Business Psychology, Communication Science or an equivalent field of study.
First practical experience in the field of HR communication is desirable.
Fluent in English
