You need to be outgoing and comfortable working with people.

This is a student facing role, which requires patience and understanding to help our students come to solutions to their technical issues.

It also requires technical knowledge of camera, sound, and lighting equipment, as well as a fairly practical mindset to keep our booking system running smoothly and up to date.
