Job Description:
WHAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Developing and implementing pricing & monetisation strategies to maximise revenue from Aviv's services and products.
- Setting and delivering against a multiyear revenue plan.
- Working closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure that the company's revenue goals are met.
- Managing local pricing teams to ensure strategies are aligned and performance is optimised.
- Ensuring Aviv has the necessary capabilities in terms of technology, processes and people to deliver its pricing objectives.
- Carrying out research and testing to inform Aviv's pricing decisions.
- Monitoring performance of Aviv's products and markets, both in terms of pricing execution and competitive landscape, and proactively highlighting areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Setting requirements and managing external pricing consultants.
- Providing senior management and investors with regular performance reports, insights and presentations.
Qualifications:
ABOUT YOU:
- You are a great communicator and able to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders, influence, and attain the requisite buyin in a structured way.
- At least 10+ years of professional experience, including extensive experience in B2B classifieds monetisation and pricing roles.
- Experienced people manager and builder of teams.
- Relevant university degree.
- Solid understanding and experience with data and statistics.
- A high performer with a proven track record of creating impact.
- You are highly motivated, independent and pragmatic in handling business challenges in a fastpaced environment.
- You are highly curious and happy to question the status quo.
- You possess excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Solid command over German or French language would be a plus.
