Your mission:

Support the Customer Service Team on steering the main Service Provider and on strategic quality improvement projects of new services and elements.
Support during the implementation and operational phase of services at the operational locations by taking over PMO tasks and through consulting and experience transfer.
Be part of the CIC Governance and provide steering to the team and as well as being the contact person for the premium OEM Customers, in particular the German located Business Partners.
Manage daytoday operations of the international locations of our Service Provider.
Technical support in the planning, preparation, implementation and optimization of the service according to customer requirements.
Independently take over and/or support workstreams within the project and the processes improvement as well as creating and analysing reports and KPI reports.

Your profile:

Degree program in engineering, business administration, or a comparable field with project management focus.
Able to work as a fulltime intern in our Berlin office from September for a duration of 12 months.
Ideally first experiences in customer service
Experience in project management, coordinating and supporting workstreams.
Enjoy the freedom to create and scope the concepts in the assigned tasks and projects.
Selfdriven attitude & eager to take responsibility
Structured and analytical working style with teamoriented mindset.
Curious and determined to gain (further) insights into the eMobility business.
