We are currently looking for a motivated
HR Generalist / Payroll Coordinator (M/F/d) to support us in our offices in Meerbusch.


Your job with us:

- _Independent payroll preparation and processing_

  • Management and maintenance of payroll accounts and master data
  • Correspondence with social security institutions and the tax office
  • Accompanying payroll tax and social security audits
  • Support and maintenance of the personnel management system. Manage the relationships with any external vendors.
  • Contact person for employees and managers in matters relating to payroll and HR administration
  • Operation, maintenance and administration of time recording
  • Implementation of personnel activities and personnel administration along the entire employee life cycle (including M&A projects)
  • Provide expert payroll advice to HR team and management with regards any projects, including M&A activity
  • Stay updated on German payroll laws and regulations, ensuring payroll processing is always compliant with legal requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient payroll procedures.
  • Streamline payroll workflow and find opportunities for simplification and harmonisation of practices and processes, to enhance accuracy and timeliness.
  • Continuous further development and improvement of Payroll and wider HR processes.
Active participation in HR projects
- _Internal and external correspondence_


Your skills matter:


  • Relevant qualification or demonstrable vocational training in Payroll or Payroll related discipline.
  • Adequate professional experience (at least 5 years) in a comparable position
  • Strong communication skills, enjoy dealing with people and working in a team
  • Independent, solutionoriented and diligent
  • IT affinity and enjoy working with HR programs and tools
  • Very good Excel and MS Office skills
  • Preferably knowledge of Success factors and Microsoft Navision
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Able to locate from office in Meerbusch
