BUSINESS UNIT:

POSITION:

We are looking for a PS Operation Specialist (M/F/d) to join our team of dedicated professionals.

CHALLENGE:

Actively support our HR Business Partner Team with administrative tasks, such as contract and addendum management, certificates and diverse employee requests
Preparation and edits of reference letter for current and former employees
Support in managing working students with time sheets, payroll and answering questions
Support our monthly Check In for New Joiners
Office management: ordering office supplies, mail processing, archiving and administration
Support of data maintenance/data upload to the HR system SAP Success Factors

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH
:

Student in the field of Economics, Business Psychology, IT
Fluency in German, spoken and written and good command of English; additional languages are welcome
Knowledge of MS Office
Drive to get things done

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE:

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
