Proclinical are recruiting a Process/Production Engineer for a pharmaceutical corporation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Bremen. The client is focused on tailoring to the requirements of clients in numerous industries.


Responsibilities:


  • Accountable for planning the tech pack, bill of resources, batch manufacturing and packaging records, R&D process validation and stability protocols.
  • Collaborate with planning/procurement/production/analytical teams to guarantee accomplishment of process validation batches and the reports in a timely manner.
  • Recognise new equipment and assist with the procurement installation and qualification.
  • Guide manufacturing actions, throughout the qualification and validation batches affiliated with new product inductions.
  • Handle troubleshooting duties throughout regular manufacturing and recognise root cause for any failures in formulations.
  • Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:


  • Experience with the equipment qualification/validation procedures.
  • Knowhow of quality by design.
  • Expertise on SUPAC guidance would be advantageous.
  • Acquaintance with packaging technology & equipment.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Works well both independently as well as in a team.
  • An organised individual with a high attention to detail.
  • Capable of working on various tasks simultaneously with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to resolve issues.
  • Acquaintance working in a startup setting.
  • Fluency in the German and English languages.
  • A versatile and flexible individual who is keen to learn and develop within the organisation.
  • Training shall be provided.
  • Capable of working within a fastpaced, highly regulated, dynamic setting.
