Motec is a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty camera systems and specializes in the development and production of camera-based driver assistance systems (ADAS) for commercial vehicles and mobile machinery.

We are a medium-sized German company with nearly 30 years of experience in the design and manufacture of rugged, reliable cameras and mobile electronics.

Motec is part of AMETEK Inc, a leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical products.

We are currently looking for a

Inhouse-/Operating Technician (M/F/d)

What tasks await you?

Minor turning and milling work and metalworking using all processes as well as support with electrical installations
New construction and reconstruction of production lines
Construction of compressed air and extraction systems, carrying out preventive maintenance, service measures and repairs (machines, equipment, systems, buildings)
Analysis and rectification of faults
Coordination of external service providers janitor activities

What do we expect from you?

Successfully completed training in a technical field such as industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer or similar qualifications
Proven skills and knowledge in the abovementioned professional field as well as interdisciplinary technical skills
Good written and spoken German is a prerequisite
Strong teamwork skills, an independent way of working and physical resilience
Good MS Office skills desirable
Class B driving license
