What you'll do:

You support the daily operations of IT infrastructure projects like DWP Digital Workplace Windows10 and O365, Modern Workplace MWP
You will maintain data baselines using MS Excel, preparing PowerPoint slides, maintaining SharePoint Online sites, Teams
You will be responsible for the consolidation, coordination, and administration of the projects under Digital Workplace Environment.
Review project designs and followup actions
Providing assistance in the training, workshops and meetings related to infrastructure.

Who you are:

You are a Bachelor or Master student in field of infrastructure / Information Technologies or a related area
You have basic IT knowledge (hardware, software) with skills such as Project Design, Project Management, Risk Analysis, Stakeholder Management
You have knowledge of digital workplace/IT infrastructure topics (e.g., end user computing, Microsoft 365, Azure, Apple Mac, Application Portfolio Management), technologies
You are have a solid balance of analytical skills and "can do" mentality and you are highly motivated to work independently initiative to work successfully as part of a team
You have excellent communication, influencing and problemsolving skills within IT and with the business at all levels
You are fluent in English and German is a plus
