Your Responsibilities:


  • The Sales executive teams are at the forefront of our B2B relationships with our vast network of Brokers and demonstrate expert knowledge of our service and offerings on a daily basis.

The responsibilities are as follows:

  • Prepare quotations and negotiate prices for charter flights, considering optimal yield.
  • Process adhoc charter requests generated through telephone inquiries or the websites.
  • Engage in direct B2B contact with our international broker market.
  • Build a customer network and manage customer relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding payment and quality management.
  • Administer the processing of orders.
  • Intermitent travel internationally to represent AIR HAMBURG.
  • Coordinate with our scheduling team to effectively sell empty flights.
  • Showcase a expert knowledge of our service and product.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:


  • Possess a completed vocational training or a university degree.
  • German Speaking at Native or Business proficient level.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking in a fastpaced environment.
  • Have fluent written and spoken English skills.
  • Be willing to work shifts and weekends.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Commitment to working onsite in our Hamburg office 5 days a week.
