Join Moss' dynamic Underwriting team as a
Senior Underwriter (f/m/d). In this role, you will focus on assessing credit risk for our SMB/SME customers across different markets in Europe (NL, UK, and DE).

This role offers a decision-making power towards our credit offer for our customers.

You will have a direct influence on our business, balancing our risk appetite and hence ensuring our growth every day.

Your responsibilities
Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:

Monitor Moss' credit portfolio
Monitor and evaluate the performance of Moss' credit portfolio, ensuring that customers are meeting their credit obligations. Take proactive actions, leveraging data insights, to mitigate risk effectively

Provide an excellent stakeholder experience:

Actively engage with senior and management level stakeholders to support in the agreement on new policies, risk appetite and future product development

Define policies and procedures - Alongside senior leadership, you support in setting up new underwriting processes and operational policies, integrating data-driven methodologies to inform policy formulation and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Lead and own high-impact projects

Drive the development and growth of the team, assuming high responsibility for shaping and executing strategic initiatives to enhance team performance and achieve organizational objectives

About you
We think you'll need the following
experience and qualifications to succeed in the role:

Previous experience underwriting B2B financial products
Fluent in English
