A Snapshot of Your Day

Being part of the Customer Operations and Engagement Team, the successful adoption of our digital products by our customers is on top of your agenda.

After our team daily, where we quickly exchange about the most important team activities of the day, you work with a key customer, who recently ordered a digital enabled substation fully equipped with IoT technologies.

You'll discuss with them on the network planning and solution architecture, to make sure the connectivity of the products will be established in a convenient but also secure way.

In the afternoon, you're taking a call of a customer using the REST APIs of our products.

They show you, how they integrated the IoT data into his own Business Intelligence Tools and doing their own analysis on key operational aspects of the equipment.

The input of the customers contains very valuable insights and feedback about the use of our products, which you share afterwards with the product managers and discuss, how we can improve the usability and experience for our customers.

How You'll Make an Impact

Being the contact person for our customers when it comes to consulting, design and engineering activities with regards to integrating the IoT and Edge digital products
Working with our customers to enable them to integrate our digital products into their software landscape, by using our standard interfaces like field protocols and REST APIs
Being responsible for defining solution architectures for IoT and Edge projects for Grid Technologies
Supporting commissioning activities with key customers both remote and onsite
Being an important stakeholder to gain operational insights and feedbacks and share it regularly with the product management team in order to improve the usability and user experience with our digital products

What You Bring

Completed university degree in computer science, mechanical

- or electrical engineering or comparable education

Several years of experience and proven success record in similar roles driving new digital portfolio and digital transformation.
Experience with high voltage energy assets, such as transformers and switchgear is a plus
Strongly solution oriented and customer centric mindset, eager to learn about new technologies
You are thrilled by new technologies, you have profound understanding of IoT, digitalization and automation and you keep an eye on the latest developments in this space
Since you worked in an international environment, you communicate fluently in English (mandatory), German is a plus
