The team


Our HR team in Frankfurt consists of 3 people who take care of our around 100 employees in Germany, Austria and Poland.


What you'll do

  • Along with your HR colleagues, you are the contact person for employees with questions regarding payroll accounting, social and wage tax regulations for several locations in Germany.
  • Maintain the HR information systems (Oracle HR)
  • Management of audits (wage tax and social security)
  • Proactive advice and support for employees, managers in all personnel management, personnel development and labor law questions (parental leave, TC, sabbatical, secondment, benefits, training)
  • Advise managers in the implementation of HR initiatives, processes, and tools and facilitates timely delivery, ensuring that business needs are met
  • Preparation and control of all relevant information to the external payroll provider.
  • Management of the employee onboarding process.
  • Controlling of headcount, absences, payment instructions and training
  • Regular review of the HRrelevant Groupwide guidelines and HRrelevant policies and adaptation to the regulations applicable in Germany
  • Administrative activities (preparation of contracts, certificates, maintenance of personnel files etc)
  • Identify proactively areas where HR can add value
  • Production of HR Data, including KPIs and various monthly reports and statistics
  • Development of HR policies in line with employment law and Group practice
  • Ad hoc projects that enhance the contribution of HR to the company strategy

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Excellent MS Office skills combined with a strong interested in HRIS
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and written skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • The ability to promote a positive and professional image and being helpful and polite is essential
  • A good sense of judgement in dealing with staff queries
  • Strong numeric and accuracy skills

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help

  • Excellent computer skills, ideally experience of a global HRIS
  • Understanding of German employment laws
