Your Role and Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the business requirements in Assets and Procurement
- Participate in identifying the strategic proposal to be used to satisfy Kyndryl's Assets and Procurement solution and integration for them
- Project management and planning for Assets and Procurement globally.
- Setting project governance and implementing Agile methodologies for workstreams and performing iteration management for Asset and Procurement.
- Heavily involved in the operations of the CIO including things like L1, L2, and L3 support such as incident and change request ticketing processes.
- Create test cases and perform testing activities, following processes through deployment.
- Builds professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, supports for development of business possibilities and for personal development
- Leads enhancements, holds discoveries, drives issues for resolution and meets delivery deadlines
- Contributes to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of communication skills and cooperation; reaches and realizes project aims and outputs
- Manage diverse Agile ceremonies (standup, showcase, retrospectives) to discuss status of project activities, actions, tasks, blockers; providing input about completed and closed items.
- Developing own skills and knowledge with fitting to business strategy. Building the gathered knowledge into team knowledge.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Overall 10+ years of professional experience and 5+ years of experiece in IM Scrum Master Program Managemennt that involve working across multiple parts of a business utilizing the skills listed below
- Experience in leading
- IT projects, project governance and release schedule.
- Experience with Agile methodology and managing project lifecycle.
- Understand project, change, and incident management and operations.
- Collaborate and cocreate with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Have good coordination and communication skills.
- Critical Thinking, Being Able to Listen, Learn and Lead using Design Thinking and principle.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Demonstrated communication skills working with multinational teams and end users.
- Strong understanding about DevOps Project Tool's (Azure Dev Ops preferred)
- Experience in producing KPI / Performance reports.
- Understanding of internal controls/control points.
- Iteration manager or project manager experience.
- Working on large complex projects.
