How your role will look like:

Collaborating and communicating with peers to develop and enhance end-to-end solutions using advanced data science and machine learning methods.
Constructing and managing data pipelines that leverage diverse data sources to optimize machine learning workflows.
Defining metrics to evaluate model performance and aligning them with key business performance indicators.
Mastery of the complete data science process, encompassing the development, deployment, and monitoring of supervised and unsupervised models.
Organizing and breaking down machine learning projects into manageable work items, ensuring transparency and tracking progress.
Identifying and implementing cuttingedge text and image classification technologies that deliver business value and support Scout24's growth.
Contributing to the establishment of best practices, frameworks, and tools that facilitate the creation of impactful machine learning products.
Mentoring team members, fostering their professional growth, and assisting them in excelling at their roles.
