We are looking for a
Product Designer to help our team align user journeys with the company strategy.

At Tourlane, Design is a valued partner to Product and Tech, and we support each other in developing user experiences.

WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?

You will be responsible for Tourlane's Agents' User Experience and the customer journey.
Designing and delivering highquality designs that meet user needs, business goals, and brand standards
We follow a lean UX methodology, and integrate with the overall product development process
Working closely with crossfunctional teams, such as product management, engineering, and operations to ensure that design aligns with the overall product vision and goals
Identifying and implementing design process improvements, best practices, and metrics to optimize design development and management across the organization.
Conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points and testing designs to ensure that they meet user needs and expectations

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Product Designer
Experience conducting user research and delivery
A strong sense of community and ownership
Experience working on internal tools is a plus
Excellent communication skills (being fluent in German is a plus)
