Your tasks:


  • Being responsible for planning, organization and execution of corporate top level key events that require the presence of the CPO such as international top management meetings as well as meetings with managers from countries and regions and customers
  • Calendar management including scheduling and coordinating highly complex meetings with different regions and time zones
  • Internal and external communication / correspondence on international level
  • Collaboration with our Shareholder, Board Offices and CPO Direct Reports
  • Travel planning, management and expense claim
  • Responsible coordination of the CPO schedule (preparation and wrapup of meetings, room booking, catering)
  • Incoming invoice handling and monitoring

Your profile:


  • You have completed a University degree and you have gained professional experience
  • You graduated your studies or finished your commercial apprenticeship with distinction and you have gained professional experience
  • You have gained working experience, ideally with an international logistics service provider
  • International experience (e.g. due to study, internships or work experience)
  • Adequate communication skills and a confident demeanour towards international management
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think and work independently as well as distinctive collaboration and team working skills
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are an organizing talent.
  • Your strengths include independent working abilities.
  • High level of flexibility with an adequate sense of urgency in a daily changing environment
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong international and intercultural competencies
  • You are fluent in German and English, further languages are advantageous.
  • You are experienced in working with MS Office, MS Sharepoint, MS OneNote.
