Beschreibung
You lead the Battery Management System (BMS) Controls team- You enforce disciplinary leadership and provide technical guidance for the team
- You work on the continuous technical development of the above mentioned topics
- You closely coordinate with the teams: software integration, testing, calibration and hardware development
- You manage resources and budget planning for the team
- You are responsible for the proposal preparation, presentation to customers and acquisition of new projects
- You completed a engineering degree (electrical engineering, mechatronics or in a related field of study)
- You have already gained initial experience in managing employees
- You bring along a high degree of flexibility, commitment and resilience
- You like to work in a team, but you also recognize yourself in an independent and autonomous way of working
- You are selfconfident during presentations in front of management, customers and experts
- You are business fluent in German and English
