We are hiring for a leading global bank that is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support their sales team with commercial transactions in German-speaking countries and other territories across Europe.

Tasks

Negotiate and manage various commercial transactions, including strategic partner agreements, customer contracts, and vendor agreements.
Partner with the Sales team and support with commercial transactions.
Assist to improve and implement the use of templates, "playbooks," and policies.

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant experience from a reputable law firm or inhouse.
Cando attitude, we are looking for someone who is not afraid to get involved and take ownership of all types of legal matters (it could literally be anything).
Experience working in the consumer banking / payments / Fintech space.
