Mission:

We are now looking for a Customer Service Support for our Wholesale organisation in Düsseldorf to support our sales team on a parttime basis and help ensure and improve our customer satisfaction.

Your main tasks*

Monitoring the delivery status in the DACH region

Validation DACH

Supporting the sales team in daytoday operations
Processing customer enquiries
Creation of newsletters
B2B analyses

Profil:

Your qualifications

Experience as a Showroom Coordinator / Customer Service in the fashion industry
Great passion for the service sector and high service orientation
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Identification with our products
Structured, independent and solutionorientated way of working
Team player and flexible
Very good Microsoft Office skills
