We are a growing team looking for a Recruitment Coordinator
in the Talent Acquisition
department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin
office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Organize regular interviewer training sessions
Utilize our TA tooling to produce recruiting reports on interview capacity, interview training and areas for development

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experienced in scheduling high volume meetings across different locations and time zones
Experienced in problem solving and contributing to the team
Highly organized and has experience streamlining processes
Excellent communicator, comfortable managing the expectations of a variety of stakeholders including our senior executives
Highly analytical, able to use to data to highlight challenges and successes within the team in order to influence changes and improvements
Selfstarter to to make suggestions and improvements to existing processes
