Responsibilities:


  • Implement operational HR processes including organizational and employee development, Training and Learning, Compensation and Benefits.
  • Drive and coordinate the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring the hiring of the best talent for the organization.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of employment law and best practices, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching, advice, and support to managers and employees on all HR related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Work closely together with our works councils, trade unions, and monitoring compliance with local laws and policies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partner or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, tools, and best practices. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to HR policies and practices.
  • Experience in HRIS Systems, preferably Workday.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
