Responsibilities:

Implement operational HR processes including organizational and employee development, Training and Learning, Compensation and Benefits.
Drive and coordinate the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring the hiring of the best talent for the organization.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of employment law and best practices, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Provide coaching, advice, and support to managers and employees on all HR related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures.
Work closely together with our works councils, trade unions, and monitoring compliance with local laws and policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partner or related roles.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, tools, and best practices. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to HR policies and practices.
Experience in HRIS Systems, preferably Workday.
Fluent German and English skills.
