We are currently recruiting for a
Strategic HR Business Partner:
Sasol Chemicals Functions. This position will report to the VP HR Business Partnering & Services. This role will be based in Hamburg, Germany.

Your tasks:

You create value for all stakeholders and define and lead strategic HR initiatives by orchestrating all necessary resources.

Serve as the
key HR leader supporting various teams
across multiple locations:
Provide authoritative specialist advice to Sasol Chemicals Functions leadership teams to guide the
implementation of HR policy and the
design and implementation of strategic HR topics, projects, and change initiatives:

Lead the development of partnering relationships with senior executives throughout the organization, building mutual trust, and ensuring that internal clients have access to high-quality advice and guidance regarding HR topics

Identify business needs for Human Resources frameworks and tools for strategic planning, attraction and recruitment, talent
- and performance management, training and development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity or retention of talent, within the area of responsibility

Initiate that required instruments are designed by responsible HR experts and
make
sure that adequate tools and processes are established to support the business

Develop and investigate multiple hypotheses, using a wide range of HR data to diagnose underlying causes of key business issues and identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and/or improve business performance

Observe new external developments and/or emerging issues within an area of HR/People or business strategy and
evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness for the business

Develop and maintain a professional network internally and externally to foster an in-depth understanding of best practices and to
align initiatives,
leverage synergies and
build the foundation for seamless talent mobility across Sasol Chemicals

Convince us with:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent proven expertise

- several years of relevant experience

Business acumen, integrity, strategic thinking and acting, organizational skills; strong communication on different levels
Adaptive mindset, strategic planning, presentation skills, business requirements analysis
