INTERNSHIP PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT & ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING:


  • Herzogenaurach, Germany
    YOUR MISSION:
  • Organization and coordination of all facetoface trainings in our headquarters
  • Support with the organization and coordination of the International Leadership Development programs as well as the Global Agile Coach program
  • Support with the administration and further development of our digital learning offer
  • Active participation in the daytoday business and projects of the Learning & Development team

YOUR TALENT:


  • Enrolled student, preferably in economics, business education, psychology or similar
  • First practical experience in learning & development / personnel development is beneficial
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Independent and structured way of working, flexibility and organizational skills
  • Openminded team player with good networking and communication skills in both German and English
  • Start date: ;Duration: 6 months, fulltime
  • Two interns will be hired for this position
