About the Bettermile Route Team:

We revolutionize last-mile delivery for drivers worldwide with our smart route optimization. Our real-time, dynamic sequencing handles hundreds of stops, empowering thousands of drivers through the mobile app.

Our mission:
enhance the daily experience of last-mile drivers, prioritizing their satisfaction and enabling real-time tracking. The Better Route app enables efficient and sustainable routes, letting drivers plan their day seamlessly. Each day brings new challenges, bring your skills and passion, and join us in transforming the delivery landscape

Tasks

YOU WILL BE TAKING CARE OF

Prioritizing backlog, focusing on navigation improvements, app adoption, and onboarding.
Managing internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment.

Requirements:

YOU CHECK THESE BOXES

You have 3+ years experience of expertise in product ownership, adeptly managing internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrating proficiency in agile methodologies.
You're a super strong communicator with a structured approach.
You're empathetic and work customer/userfocused, with handson mobility.
You have a focus on the big picture and can create engagement within the team.
You're fluent in English (at least C1), other languages are a plus (especially German, French, and Italian)

IT IS AWESOME IF YOU ALSO HAVE

Worked in mobility, delivery, transportation, or logistics fields.
Experience in a B2B context, agile product building, and crossproduct facilitation.
