As a
Service E-bike Mechanic**, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our partners in Germany. On a day-to-day basis, you will help our customers to maintain and repair their bike on site. Your mission is to maximize our fleet uptime and ensure that every bike is roadworthy.

Responsibilities & Scope

Visit our partners to diagnose, maintain and service the ebikes on site;
Repair and service our fleet aiming for maximum reliability;
Return the bike to rider in a safe and fully operational condition;
Find recurring faults and share solutions with the team;
Collaborate with the customer service and production teams to improve our service.

Requirements:

Relevant experience as a mechanic, technician or engineer;
Have a full Netherlands/Belgium/German driving license;
Motivated to solve problems and learn;
Customer focused;
Good communication skills;
Speak German, English and Dutch are a plus
Bonus: Experience with ebikes and lithiumion batteries;
