We are looking for you as a part-time Check In Agent (M/F/d) for passenger handling at MUC Airport. Get ready for Take Off

That's what we offer you as a Check In Agent (M/F/d):

permanent employment

- payment according to at least valid collective agreement
- collectively agreed surcharges for overtime 25%, night shift 25%, Sunday 50% and holiday work 100%
- up to 30 days vacation (depending on length of service)

Responsibilities:

Check in of passengers and their luggage at the departure desk
Control of travel documents and visas as well as collection and settlement of handed over luggage
Coordination of the boarding process at the gate
Recording and processing of baggage loss and baggage damage reports as well as worldwide research for lost baggage in the IT system
Support and information for passengers in the event of irregularities as well as support for passengers with restricted mobility and minors traveling alone

Requirements:

You have good knowledge of passenger service and at least one handling system (Altea, Sabre, Go Now)
You have an impeccable certificate of good conduct and a class B driver's license
You are fully suitable for shift work and are also available on weekends and public holidays between 2:45 am and midnight
A high degree of service and customer orientation is a matter of course for you
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
No entries in the police clearance certificate
