Role Summary:

Direct reporting to VP EMEA Operation.
Responsibility for the Manufacturing.
Technical and functional lead of the team, resource planning and control.
Responsibility for the electromechanical products in medical technology, considering the applicable regulations and standards in medical technology.

Tasks

Develop and implement training programs to help employees adapt to changing workloads.
Manage production budget and outsourcing processes to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
Ensure production processes and documentation meet industry standards.
Create clear work instructions to help the production team work efficiently.
Communicate effectively with all departments and external parties involved in production.
Collaborate with other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Lead the team in delivering highquality products and services that meet customer needs.

Requirements:

Required education: Master electrician in media technology, technician, or engineer with bachelor's degree in media technology.
Required experience: min. 3 years of management experience in equivalent position.
Skills required: IT knowledge, English spoken and written/German work proficiency.
