You work on R&D in the area of Edge and Distributed Computing
You evaluate new technologies, tools, and reference concepts in the mentioned environment by means of OSS or commercial software, user documentation, internet research, source code and, if necessary, own prototypes
You will implement software, measure, structure and evaluate collected information based on prototypes
You document your work and communicate it with the relevant stakeholders

Use your skills to move the world forward.

You have a university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or engineering sciences
You have sound handson experience in implementing software with C/C++ (this is a must)
You are familiar with runtime and analysis of software
You are familiar with OS internals and embedded systems
You have no problems to start the design and implementation of a solution from scratch
You are motivated to solve complex R&D problems
Ideally, you are familiar with runtime analysis of software, distributed algorithms, Industrial IoT, distributed communication, and 5G
You are interested in a wide range of topics and have an independent and structured way of working
You speak either good German or good English
