As a global leader in contract logistics, DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Solutions Designer to develop and implement

innovative warehouse solutions across the

EMEA region. We are looking for a

creative, dynamic individual who is passionate about driving sustainability and innovation for our customers.

What will your responsibilities be?

Collaborate with the project team to develop and design technical and commercial warehouse solutions
Model current and future operational scenarios and provide costbenefit analysis and value models
Advise customers on new and innovative solutions that address their needs and demonstrate clear solution fit
Work with Business Development & Key Account Managers to develop a commercial framework for proposed solutions that align with DSC's growth, contract retention, and continuous improvement objectives
Be a driver of sustainability and innovation for our customers

What is required from you?

4 to 7 years of experience in logistics or endtoend supply chain
Master's degree in Supply Chain management, logistics, or Industrial Engineering (or with a focus on)
Full understanding of all SD tools, techniques, and procedures
Previous exposure to modeling of complex warehousing or domestic transport network, logistics/transport operations, etc.
Previous experience/knowledge in Project Management
Ability to demonstrate problemsolving capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence key stakeholders
Ability to work successfully in a complex and international environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
Fluency in English, spoken and written at a business level

What can you bring as a plus?

Fluency in Italian or French is desirable
Experience in another DHL Division
Sales experience
Experience with Word and Access, CAD, Class, and Lamasoft
Fluency in any further European language
