THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Assisted and Automated Driving Development team in Munich, that develops various software modules and new technologies to enhance the driving experience whilst working towards the goal of autonomous driving, is currently seeking a:

Scrum Master (M/F/d)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support, empower and coach the AAD teams with your profound knowledge to evolve with them into high performing agile teams.
  • Enable the selforganisation capabilities of the teams and work with POs and other stakeholders to ensure attainable goals are set and delivered by your teams.
  • Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, while adapting them jointly based on agile principles to meet organisational and team needs appropriate.
  • Cooperate with the JLR scrum (master) community and other partners.
  • Influence, motivate and support other Scrum masters and influence POs and stakeholders to ensure teams are high performing, engaged and delivering maximum value, globally.
  • Lead and be responsible for complex initiatives in cross functional and cross located teams.
  • Get a feeling for the work of your team which includes test drives to get the real customer experience in our highquality products.
  • You will be one of the first to experience the latest ADAS and autonomous driving systems firsthand.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Several years of professional experience in a Scrum/ Agile role incl. experience and lessons learned outside the textbook
  • Experience in agile and classical software development methods
  • Strong leadership and problemsolving skills
  • Great organisational skills
  • Effective communications at all levels within a business
  • Understand of the software development lifecycle
  • Have the ability to coach teams to be selforganising and achieve consistent velocity
  • Experienced with Agile Frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFE as well as Agile planning tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Pro: Experience with active developing of software
  • Pro: Degree (Master or PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or similar
