Requirements:


  • Develop and implement a global marketing strategy for paid search, programmatic, and display advertising, aligned with business objectives, to drive customer acquisition.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of paid search, programmatic, and display advertising professionals, fostering a highperformance culture and ensuring the team's success.
  • Manage the your channels Marketing budget, with responsibility for eightfigure annual spending, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Creative, Analytics, Product, and Regional Teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall positioning needs, aimed at driving business growth.
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and leverage datadriven insights to optimize campaign performance and make databacked recommendations for future strategies.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, innovations, and best practices related to paid search, programmatic, and display advertising, ensuring our marketing efforts remain cuttingedge and competitive in the market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure effective collaboration, costeffective solutions, and access to the latest advertising technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Leadership team to provide regular updates on campaign performance, budgets, and strategic recommendations.

You will bring:


  • Indepth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, DV360 and programmatic advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large marketing budgets and achieving strong return on investment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative marketing strategies.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Passion for the directtoconsumer industry and a keen interest in food and culinary trends.
