Your tasks:

You conduct market research to find suitable target groups and channels for approaching technical talents.
You document and analyze your sourcing activities and results using our applicant management system.
You work closely together with the HR team and the specialist departments and communicate with them regularly.

Your profile:

You are enrolled at a German university (of applied sciences).
You have a strong interest in technical topics and are able to acquire knowledge in new areas in a timely manner.
You have very good communication and presentation skills in German and English.
You are proactive, independent and solutionoriented and have a strong learning mindset.
You are familiar with common active sourcing tools or are willing to familiarize yourself with them immediately.
Ideally, you already possess previous experience in active sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing or similar platforms.
