What you will do:

Work with the Onboarding and People Manager to ensure employees are onboarded successfully into Popcore by supporting with preemployment communication, scheduling meetings and other onboarding activities within the first week of employment for the new Popcorian
Ensuring our HRIS is kept uptodate (Personio and Workday), in compliance with GDPR
Responsible for HR administration such as: issuing offer letters, contracts, contract changes, references etc, for according to the locations we hire in throughout Europe
Supporting on employee benefits
Be responsible for the offboarding of Popcorians

What we are looking for:

2+ years of experience in HR administration, preferably within a fastmoving tech startup or gaming environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and/or equivalent experience would be beneficial
Familiar with working with HRIS and ATS platforms such as; Greenhouse, Personio and Workday
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong ability to organise and prioritise workload, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment
Proficient time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Interest in mobile gaming or gaming would be a huge plus
