What do we need from you?
- Fluent English and German
- Experience in managing team of 5+ people
- Customer service/IT support background is a must for this role
- Independent, proactive, great communicator
How your day will look like?
- Supervising the daytoday delivery and performance of the team
- Motivating, mentoring, coaching and helping the team
- Planning and monitoring daily performance, staffing plan, work allocation, governance adherence, periodic reviews with team
- Owning customer escalations and complaints
