At the traditional location of the Luisenhöhe in Horben near Freiburg i.

Br., in the midst of the unique natural landscape of the UNESCO - biosphere area Black Forest the new building project health resort Black Forest Luisenhöhe is created.

A modern Resorthotel; which will offer with 61 rooms and 22 Suiten its guests on a high plateau at the west slope of the Schauinsland massif in 600 m height with a breath-robbing 270° panorama view as well as habitats to the well-being feeling and living worlds for a lasting healthy life-style.

In the process, a multifaceted offer for an extraordinary health and nature experience will be created at this special natural energy location.

We are looking for you from April 2023 or by agreement as a

Service employee (m/w/d)

The spacious bar, walk-in wine climate room, our Giesen coffee roaster in the guest area and open show kitchen, create a lively ambiance.

With a variety of producers of beer, spirits, juices and most importantly wines in the area, we will also have our fill of beverage choices.

Homemade, ferments, infusions and teas will also be offered as specialties.

Your profile:

You would like to earn some extra money in a modern company with a dynamic team
Work experience as in the industry is desirable but not mandatory
Regional products and homemade are important for you
You like to work as part of a motivated team
A distinctive guest and service orientation gives you pleasure
Cordial friendliness and a wellgroomed appearance are a matter of course for you
You work with careful cleanliness & hygiene
For example, you can imagine an apprenticeship in the restaurant or hotel business and would like to gain first experiences

Your tasks:

Service and care for our guests
Serving of food and drinks
Restaurant and table preparation
Work in the back office, preparing plates, glasses and cutlery
Ensuring all hygiene and occupational safety standards
