This job is hybrid, combining home office with the ability to work in the Kaiserslautern, Munich, or Wurzburg office at least 2 days per week on average.


Key duties of the role include:

  • Creating complex architectural designs to serve mission-critical customer needs, for both renovations and new constructions.
  • Preparing architectural drawings, design analysis, construction documents, and specifications.
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Coordination of all Architectural and Engineering disciplines to produce a functional design project.
  • Coordinating with team members, clients, general contractors, and local construction, permitting and design agencies.
  • Projectrelated national and international travel.

Here's what you'll need:


  • Diplom
  • Ingenieur, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • Registered Architect in Germany.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Very good knowledge of the HOAI, AHO, VOB, and VgV, as well as German building codes regulations and standards.
  • Planning/Design Experience through all HOAI phases (LPH 7 and 8, 9).
  • Fluency in German and in English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel (~1015%).
