Novocure is a global publiclytraded commercialstage oncology company developing a profoundly different cancer treatment therapy called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for patients with solid tumors. TTFields therapy is a noninvasive, novel, antimitotic treatment modality which utilizes proprietary technology attempting to slow or reverse tumor progression by inducing tumor cell death. Novocure's commercialized product, Optune, is approved for the treatment of adult patients with glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe and Israel. Novocure has ongoing or completed clinical trials and is further expanding its efforts into several other solid tumor indications nonsmall cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer and other types of solid cancers.

To support our team in Munich, Germany we are looking for a

Operation Support Specialist Intern

(6 month Contract)

As a Novocure Intern, you will undergo several internal trainings before taking over tasks from employees in the revenue operations department.

You will be responsible with assuring compliance with applicable standard, regulations laws and guidelines of the position.

As an integral part of Novocure, Interns will take on our core values and always act ethically and in accordance with our code of conduct.

Your responsibilities:

In coordination with other colleagues in Revenue operations, you will ensure consistent document flow management and communication, including scanning, filing and other related operational activities
To ensure quality of information, you will assist with performing quality checks and even audits or other related projects as needed.
Perform all other duties or priorities assigned by management as needed
You will familiarize yourself with the Novocure Quality Systems requirements and analyze activities to ensure compliance.
Other responsibilities will be assigned to you on a project basis and will be completed in coordination with management and your team.

Your profile:

Student in Healthcare, Business Administration, similar degrees
Experience with Microsoft Office packages
Proven ability to achieve goals in a timely manner
High sensitivity towards patients and their data privacy rights
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Highly professional and ethical behavior while contributing to the overall success of the company
Selfmotivation and willingness to make a difference in lives of cancer patients
Good verbal and written communication skills
Fluent German as well as basic English skills in reading and writing
