Our mission:

RoomPriceGenie was founded in 2017 with the mission to help hoteliers all over the world to get their prices right.

Many independent hotels are struggling with digitalization and their business is becoming more and more complex.

They need our help We make revenue management technology for hotels, guesthouses, and vacation rentals, for single-property businesses and groups - they all use cloud-based property management software and want to increase their revenue in a transparent and efficient way.

Our customers come from all over the world and love our solution and service.

From the USA to Canada, from Iceland to South Africa, from Japan to Slovenia, and from Italy to the UK, RoomPriceGenie helps hospitality business owners all over the world.

And now? Now we need to get the word out to everyone that we are here to help hoteliers get their prices right.

Our young and motivated team is distributed across Europe (Amsterdam, Belfast, Breda, London, Toulouse, Valencia) and we have offices in Mannheim, Germany and Steinhausen, Switzerland.

We're looking for people who have a passion for the hospitality industry, and want to help hoteliers by making them more money while making their lives easier.

Your role:

With this offer, we are primarily targeting women working in Software Engineering to join our team.

There are a variety of opportunities for a tech-savvy woman to join RoomPriceGenie, including front-end development, back-end development, data engineering, and API technical writing in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.

Regardless of your role, you'll work on cross-functional teams and gain insight into how RoomPriceGenie is evolving as we work together to change the world for tens of thousands of independent hotels.

In your role, you will report directly to the CTO and take full responsibility from conception to implementation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment from the start.

Your profile:

• You are fluent in English.
• You are based in European Time Zone (UTC+0 / UTC+2)
• Professional experience in one or more of the following disciplines:
• Frontend Development (React, JS, Typescript)
• Shape our customer-facing website and provide the best user experience to engage our customers.
• Backend Development (Python, Django)
• Contribute to and shape the software that will manage thousands of vehicles and customers on a daily basis with modern
• Customercentric Product Development and Design

Nice to have(s):

• Being based in Mannheim/Germany
• Hands-On experience with any of:
• Snowflake, Elasticsearch
• Amazon S3, Fargate&Spotlight, RabbitMQ

- gRPC, Microservices

• DataDog, SonarQube

- , MUI component library, Storybook, Chromatic

• Knowledge in Design Thinking or other Human-Centric product development approaches.
• Experience with Prototyping & Testing innovative services.
