Your Responsibilities

Hotel professionals take care of guests before, during, and after their stay: they assist guests at the front desk from check-in to check-out, manage hotel finances, coordinate guest requests in collaboration with other departments or external partners, and act as primary points of contact. They are also involved in sales, monitor booking platforms, create offers, negotiate with tour operators, coordinate breakfast service and housekeeping, plan staffing, and organize events such as meetings and marketing initiatives.

Your Profile

• are determined to pursue an excellent education,
• enjoy interacting with people,
• maintain a professional appearance,
• are proactive, team-oriented, and open-minded,
• consider yourself organized and adaptable,
• possess excellent German language skills (at least C1 level),
• have good English language skills,
• previous internship experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
