About the role:
- You will work closely with Account Executives (AE). You will engage inbound prospects via chat and over the phone, to qualify them and discuss the opportunity with AEs. This role is integral in the gathering of presales prospect information and also in its collaboration with Sales teams across the Region
Your profile:
- First
sales or
customer facing experience
English fluency is a plus

German market knowledge is important (can be gathered from having worked / lived there, or affinity to the culture etc.)
- Good
communication skills: active listening, empathy, problemsolving attitude
Time management and
organisation skills: ability to manage several accounts
- A
willingness to develop your sales skills. Your first two weeks will be spent at the Aircall Sales Academy and there will be continuous training and development.
