For our international client in Berlin Mitte, we are looking for a clerical/customer service employee in internal sales (M/F/d) in temporary employment with the option to take over (temp to perm).
You are communicative, love to look after customers, manage orders and speaks

Your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with external customers, managing assigned accounts as necessary
- Take ownership for your customer's satisfaction
- Recommend products to customers based on their requirements
- Enter and expedite orders in an accurate and timely manner using SAP
- Understand and implement order, scheduling and expediting process
- Manage the formalized delivery process and capture changes to delivery dates
- Work closely with our internal departments like production, sales, product line management, finance and logistic
- Order and Project Management

Your qualifications:
- Commercial Training or College Degree
- Experience in Customer Service and/or Customer Project Management
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Fluent in English and German is a must have:
- Ability to communicate in Italian or any other European language is a plus
- Project Management Skills
- Ability to give structure to complex situations
- Technical interest
- Passion to find a better way to complete a task or resolve a problem
- Team and collaboration skills to work well with others
