YOUR TALENT:

Successfully completed apprenticeship or studies in a relevant field
Keen interest in E-Commerce & Retail
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a proactive and detailoriented way
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
Good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
Ability to function within a crosscultural, multilingual environment
Upbeat, positive, and energetic attitude with a high level of resilience
Flexible, openminded and communicative team player with a resultoriented approach and serviceoriented mindset.
This opportunity will be available in fulltime or parttime.

YOUR MISSION:

Assist the Vice Presiden DTC and the senior leadership team in their daily business operations, particularly with view to agenda/calendar management, room bookings, travel planning/ booking, meeting documentation and followup, and expense reports
Support the preparation of internal or external meetings and workshops (incl. guest relations, invitations, room set up, catering, etc.)
Support in various projects related to Retail, E-Commerce etc
Prepare or create reports and presentations, help on research and analysis and take over adhoc tasks on project coordination with crossfunctional teams
Provide overall administrative/office support to the Global Director Retail & eCommerce and the respective team.
