  • TikTok, Instagram or Snapchat is what wastes most of your time? Don't worry. We need that insight of yours.


As part of the narrative squad, you will be on the team responsible for expressing the heart and soul of Nike.

In doing so, you will help framing creative concepts to tell the stories of athletes*, products and services to inspire our consumer across EMEA.


  • We value people who are inventive, curious, and critical. You should enjoy coming up with new ideas regularly and discussing them with the team.
  • You enjoy collaborating and working in environments where you can learn, take responsibility and explore creative ideas whilst working against a clear brief. You're not afraid of working within new areas or pushing your thinking to deliver fresh storytelling.
  • You have experience working as part of a team and are not afraid to ask questions when things are not clear. Ideally, you are able to explain your ideas and are comfortable with presenting them to others. If not, this is something you will learn. You enjoy crafting every detail all the way until the end of a project and are always looking to upskill.
  • We encourage you to have your own POV to take part in strategic conversations, creative concepting, development and execution.
  • Lastly, we aren't looking for a spotless, impressive CV.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON


You will work as part of a team, as well as independently to develop well-crafted narratives that express the heart and soul of the Nike brand, leveraging athletes*, products and services to inspire our consumer.

Working within a multidisciplinary team you will be very involved in executing and delivering creative across all our channels.

You will support the team around you to translate briefs and marketing plans into emotive and innovative stories across EMEA.

You will often work across multiple projects, which will require you to carefully plan and manage your schedule effectively. You will also need to share your ideas to various internal and external audiences.

Working closely with senior creatives, you'll play a key role in shaping the future vision of the brand with every consumer touchpoint.


You will work across multiple channels, writing copy for projects ranging from editorial work through the Nike journal, look-book and business drivers across our channels.

Namely, you'll be the one ensuring we speak with an authentic Nike Voice to our consumer in all communications. You'll communicate and present copy to team leaders.


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Day-to-day you'll work with a team of designers, writers, producers and communication experts.

Beyond this core team, you will also work a lot with external creatives - your team will commission various work across multiple disciplines.

You'll be required to collaborate with people inside and outside of your immediate team and across different Nike offices within EMEA.


Within the broader Marketing organization, you will work closely with other teams such as Brand, Consumer Direct Marketing and Catalyst Marketing to develop and execute creative ideas that answers the brief.


WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

  • Curiosity. We are looking for people who are interested in the "Why" and the "What if?"
  • An affinity for Writing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
  • A strong creative opinion
  • A passion for creative storytelling in all forms film, editorial, content, brand marketing or related.
  • A demonstrated ability to create your own storytelling, either professionally, in education or as a personal project.
  • Able to explain your ideas and a willingness to present them to audiences of various sizes.
  • A passion for people and what makes them tick, coupled with a drive to understand their unique human stories.
  • Great interpersonal skills with experience working as part of a team to deliver against a common goal.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, the digital land
