Deputy Territory Data Protection Officer - Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland - MAM Gruppe
Beschreibung
Tasks:
- Assisting the Territory Data Protection Officer (T-DPO) in completing the tasks and obligations outlined in our Data Protection (DP) regulations and, if necessary, acting in that capacity for all Business Lines in Germany.
- Working closely with T-DPO to oversee, coordinate, and further develop a team of DPCs within the German Territory Performing duties of a local Data Protection Correspondent (DPC) for four Business Lines of the company situated in Frankfurt
- Providing business stakeholders with advice and working with legal teams on projects involving privacybydesign and bydefault evaluations, as well as the improvement of all DPrelated processing processes.
- Evaluation of potential events and data breaches
Requirements:
- Several years of substantial expertise and experience in German Data Protection Law, ideally within the banking industry, as demonstrated by certificates (such as CIPP/E or comparable).
- Competencies like teamwork, communication, and flexibility
- Experience interacting with regulators
- Experience in transversal management and working
- Solid knowledge of and interest in information technology and new digital technologies
- Very good German and English language skills in word processing
