Job Description:

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to provide technical advice on our PRO.FILE solutions to national and international companies. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for project support and implementation, from specification to integration.

You will advise national and international customers, moderate workshops, record and discuss customer requirements, and develop and implement best practices.

Hybrid in Karlsruhe, Germany

Responsibilities

Contribute to the improvement of engineering processes with the integration of various CAD and ERP systems and document management.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and requirements
Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of PRO.FILE solutions
Provide regular status updates and progress reports to project teams, senior management, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency throughout software implementation lifecycle

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and German
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
25% Travel to Office (Karlsruhe) and Clients
Experience with Software Implementation for External Clients

Preferred

Experience with Business Processes (Development and Production) in Machine or Plant Construction Industry
Experience with Product Data or Document Management Systems (PDM, CAD, DMS)
