Your role

You will join a young company at the sweet spot of timing as we are well funded and about to start our growth trajectory.

As a VP of Clinic Development, you have full ownership of developing and operating high-tech physical reproductive care clinics throughout Europe.

Working closely with the founders, you are part of the senior leadership team, fully responsible for the timely set-up and extraordinary performance of clinics.

Given the company's early stage, this is your chance to join a visionary journey and actively shape the future of reproductive patient care.

Responsibilities:

Setup clinical operations of a new generation of reproductive care clinics throughout Europe
Originate, develop, and implement administrative protocols that deliver operational excellence and eliminate inefficiency
Create and implement our optimized patient journey and clinic workflow
Create and integrate our complementary technological ecosystem
Setup and manage budgetary structures
Talent acquisition of clinical and operational teams
Hire and lead your team of Clinic Operations Managers and cooperate closely with Expansion, IT, Marketing, and Clinical
Constantly innovate and develop measures for care delivery performance with operational, financial, and medical KPIs
Build, manage, and grow key clinical and commercial partnerships
Raise new business ideas in close collaboration with the Berlinbased headquarters, analyze opportunities and think outside of the box

Profile:

You have an Masters Level university degree in:
Healthcare economics / administration, business administration, operational engineering or any other relevant discipline
Preferred with a background in reproductive biology
Several years of operational experience in clinic management on scale
Preferred, experience in a reproductive care clinic setting
Preferred, experience in the HealthTech industry
You have a deep understanding of the reproductive care healthcare industry and have established relationships with key players
You have a deep understanding of clinic procedures, office billing, and insurance reimbursement schemes in the EU
You are equipped with strong analytical and communication skills
You are selfmotivated, driven, and have strong leadership skills as well as the ability to think outside of the box
Multilingual skills appreciated
