  • As Temp Recruiting / Contingent Workforce Specialist at Tesla, you develop deep partnerships with your business stakeholders, your peers and with our wider People team. What You'll Do

  • You orchestrate the fulfillment of temporary positions across EMEA
  • You provide support to our temporary workforce solution across the region
  • You take on new vacancies across wide business areas, liaise with partners and suppliers to realize on time fulfillment of open roles
  • You act as a link between Tesla and our external partners and maintain contacts with personnel service providers and agencies
  • You are responsible for all administrative tasks, monitoring of KPIs and maintaining reporting for all vacancies in your remit
  • You are solution oriented and able to deal with any escalations that may arise and, where required, support the wider recruitment team
What You'll Bring

  • You have a background in vendor management, ideally within managed services or onsite management, with relevant work experience in hiring/coordinating contingent workers
  • You have a background in RPO and/or temp staffing as an HR or Talent Acquisition professional and are familiar with varying HR processes across several countries
  • You are structured in your approach, excel with strong communication skills and are conscientious in everything you do
  • You are able to find quick solutions to complex matters and work well under pressure
  • You are analytical, enjoy working with data and are accustomed to KPIs and reporting
  • You strive working in fast paced environments and are up for a new challenge requiring initiave and independent thinking
  • You are fluent English. German, Dutch, French or Spanish will be beneficial
